People also complained that the charge cable doesn't fit in or won't stay in without falling out, this is true it doesn't feel like its in even though it is and if you wiggle it slightly too and fro it does come out, BUT once you put it in and put the charging cradle on a non slip surface like my desk or a table or anywhere really, thanks to the rubber on the bottom of the cradle it hardly moves at all so no worries about the cable falling out unless you nudge the cable itself.
